We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.

6. Worksheet Inputs and Outputs — Topics, settings, generated questions, and answer keys needed to create, display, and, for signed-in users, retrieve printable history. Do not enter student names or other sensitive information.

AI, Analytics, Email, and Payment Providers

TeachPrintables may use configured infrastructure providers to operate the service, including Cloudflare services for hosting or AI processing, analytics providers such as Plausible or Google Analytics, payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Creem, and an email provider such as Resend. The providers in use can change with the service configuration. We do not intentionally use worksheet prompts or generated output to train TeachPrintables models. Third-party providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices; do not submit sensitive student information.

Retention and Deletion

We retain account records, printable-generation history, and support records only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of account-related data by emailing privacy@teachprintables.com from the account email address. We may retain limited information where required by law, fraud prevention, security, or billing records.

Student Information

TeachPrintables is not designed for storing student records. Do not enter student names, email addresses, school identifiers, health information, disabilities, learning plans, or other sensitive personal information in prompts, uploads, or support messages.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.
